Matform Invest in Newfoil 2500

As part of a sustained programme of updating their label printing machinery, Matform have invested £30,000 in a high quality, roll-fed hot foil printing system.
The Newfoil 2500 is regarded as the industry standard for superior finishing, quality and versatility.
The Newfoil machine has the ability to die-cut labels in paper, vinyl, polyester, polycarbonate, polypropylenes and other difficult substrates.
The machine features the latest technical advances in materials and electronic engineering and is capable of processing webs up to 170 mm in width in commercial sized rolls.
The Newfoil 2500 has the following:
- fully adjustable 160mm x 160 mm printing and die cutting;
- 500mm diameter roll capacity;
- 170 mm web width;
- Up to 9,000 cycles per hour;
- Electronic web feed control;
- Finished label rewind.
In addition, the machine features a host of innovative features to make production more efficient including rotary back slitting; digital re-registration for multiple passes and an over lamination unit.
