I need labels that can withstand the high heats produced by our machinery, can Matform help?
Yes at Matform we have a range of high temperature/ heat resistant labels and low temperature labels. Our High Temperature / heat resistant labels are able to withstand temperatures of up to 205° degrees centigrade. Made from fire-retardant polycarbonate, they can be applied to machinery that is likely to conduct heat or is situated close to a strong heat source. Our Low Temperature labels are able to withstand temperatures of up to -40° degrees centigrade, making them ideal for food products destined for the freezer!
Does Matform supply safety labels for an industrial environment?
Yes, Matform manufacture a large range of safety and health regulation labels and signs for; machinery hazards, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), the smoking ban, hazardous substances control, CHIP, glow in the dark labels (used in many industries where maximum visibility and clarity in the dark is of paramount importance), fire exits, fire doors and assembly points, First Aid standpoints, general safety signs and self-adhesive safety warning labels.
I require labels that help my industrial business keep to legislation and regulations, can Matform help?
Yes we manufacture labels and signs to make sure that you can be compliant with the law and conform to Health and Safety legislation. The Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 state that where workplace risks cannot be removed completely, you have a legal responsibility to ensure these risks are clearly identified e.g. through clear signage and labelling. We also provide ‘CHIP’ labelling, referring to the Chemical (Hazard Information and packaging for Supply) Regulations 2009.
I require barcode labels for some of our products, can Matform help?
Yes. We can manufacture and supply a selection of high quality barcode printed labels for universal product tracking, including labels for use within the Life Sciences/Health Industry, customised labels and labels in a variety of materials from paper through to synthetic materials.
